Maples Pavilion is an indoor basketball arena located on the campus of Stanford University in Stanford, California. It was opened in 1969 and is the home of the Stanford Cardinal men's and women's basketball teams.
The arena has a seating capacity of approximately 7,000 spectators. It has hosted several NCAA Tournament games, including the Final Four in 1990. It also hosts other events such as concerts, comedy shows, and other sporting events.
The arena underwent significant renovations in 2004 and 2015, including upgrades to the locker rooms, scoreboards, and seating. Despite its relatively small size, Maples Pavilion is considered one of the best indoor basketball arenas in the country.
